Bluegrass Review April 22, 2017-April 28, 2017 (second hour) #1617

North Americans love their automobiles. On the Gem of Bluegrass, we explore the connections between bluegrass and old-time music and the automobile. Then we play a couple of song gems about cars, and the culture of cars. Of course, if you are not driving, you might be taking the bus. After the segment on cars, a song about going home on a bus, and another about leaving home on the bus. Finally, we talk banjo with Hank Smith of Raleigh, NC.
